You need light gear like this.
My wife and I have one each. Nice and light and airy. You cannot wear heavy cloth in heat and exercise. We use them for hiking and boating. Great price too.

Most 'one size fits all' caps only go up to head size of 60cm. This one fits me at 63cm... finally my search is over. Lightweight and backs down small for a running pack. Great piece of kit.
