Promoter
This promotion is operated by Sealskinz Ltd, Nelson House, 9–10 Nelson Business Park, Bergen Way, North Lynn Industrial Estate, King’s Lynn, PE30 2DE, United Kingdom (“Sealskinz”).

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sealskinz, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period
The promotion runs on a rolling monthly basis and will continue until terminated or modified by Sealskinz at its sole discretion.

Entries received after the last day of a calendar month will be entered into the following month’s drawing.

Prize
One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive a $250 Sealskinz digital gift card.

The gift card:

• Is valid for online purchases only at www.sealskinz.ca/
• Must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance
• T he voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize

Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the previous calendar month.

The drawing will take place on or around the 1st of each month.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within seven (7) days of the drawing.

If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, Sealskinz reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Data Protection and Marketing
By entering, participants agree that their personal information (including name and email address) may be used by Sealskinz to administer the promotion.

Entrants will be added to Sealskinz’ marketing database and may receive promotional emails. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sealskinz’ Privacy Policy.

General Conditions
Sealskinz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

Sealskinz’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

Sealskinz is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or other issues beyond its control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sealskinz shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Governing Law
This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
